Butter Chocolate Cake...sooooo simple ...one of my little daughter favourite...anyway so long it chocolate she loves it...like mummy...:)

Here the simple ingredients:- can make 1 cake loaf & 9 cup cake
~ Butter 120gm ( i change to margerine..my butter finish :( )
~ Castor Sugar or just sugar 100gm ... i put 120gm (coz cocao/choco powder not sweet)
~ Salt a pinch ....i dont put also can
~ Egg - A size 2 Pcs
~ Full Cream Milk 150gm  - i use dutch Lady low fat milk
~ Flour 170gm
~ Chocolate Powder 30gm - Cocoa Powder also can
~ Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
~ Baking Soda 1/3 teaspoon
~ Decor part :- Chocolate Chip & Almond Nip or anything your kid fancy :)
~ Utensil :- Cake Tin - small size (do glaze with butter) or cup cake paper cup

How to do it.....get ready your big bowl...let start the chocoletyyy journey...
~ Beat Butter & Sugar till creamy (white) then add in egg....one by one...beat till smooth...you must not see a egg yolk separate...about 10min with speed 5
~ Then pour in Milk...mix well
~ Then slowly mix in flour & chocolate powder, baking soda baking powder....mix till no lump
~ Then pour in mixture into Cake Tin or Cup Cake mould...decor your chocolate chip or almond nip or both ;)
~ Lastly....into the oven at 150deg at 25 min....all depend on your oven...Dont forget to check weather cook or not...use a tootpick/cake tester if have to insert middle....come out clean then hurrayyyyy...

It can last for 3 days....but in my house it last 1 hrs....gone..in tummy...
